Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the payment has been made, delivery can be done up to 45 days, depends our stock availability.

Price and shipping costs

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. All shipping cost will be displayed before you make the payment. Alternately, you can go to FAQs to find out shipping cost details. There is no any hidden charge; you only pay what you see.

Return Policy

All products must be returned within 24 hours from the date they were received for a refund or exchange. For return we will refund the total sales amount, less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges; for exchange, free of charge, however both ways of shipping cost will be on customers' expenses. Anything received after 24 hours will not be refunded or exchange.

Important Note: Made to measure products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Delivery

For in stock item we do next day delivery for UK customers; for none in stock items delivery usually takes up to 45 days. If there is any delay we will inform customer via email. However, for uncontrollable reasons such as Royal mail strike etc, the delivery might be delayed and we will take no reliabilities for the delay. We have the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they don’t cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When the partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.

Privacy

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.

When you shop on this Website, we will ask you to input and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information and a password.
